POTENTIAL OF ENDOPHY BACTERIAL ISOLATE FROM LEAF OF CHINESE TEMPERATURE (Cassia alata L) ON THE GROWTH OF THE BACTERIA OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS

ABSTRACT
 
 This research aims to To determine the effect of endophytic bacterial isolates from leaves Chinese Ketepeng plant (Cassia Alata L) on growth Staphylococcus aureus and significant difference between each treatment Cina against aureus.
 method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments 6 replications. The were: BEKC 1 (Chinese Endophytic Bacteria 1), 2 2), Positive Control (Chloramphenicol), Negative (Aquades).
 results obtained two bacteria, namely an inhibition zone 9mm included in medium category, 10mm strong category. Analysis resultthat there was ketepeng alata bacteria. Then further tests using Duncan's test, it found that treatment, negative control significantly different 1, positive control, while no control.
